User Data Deletion Instructions

Purpose: Meta requires a URL providing instructions on how users can request the deletion of their data from your app.

How to Request Data Deletion

At Similimum Partners, we value your right to be forgotten. If you wish to delete your personal data (Name, Designation, Phone Number, etc.) from our database, please follow these steps:

1. Email Request: Send an email to partners@damdawi.in with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Similimum Partners".

2. Information Required: Please include the Phone Number used for your WhatsApp registration so we can accurately identify your records.

3. WhatsApp Command: You may also trigger a deletion request by sending the message "DELETE MY DATA" directly to our WhatsApp Business account. Our team will verify the request manually.

4. Processing Time: Once a valid request is received, we will delete your personal information from our active servers within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation message once the process is complete.

5. Exceptions: Please note that we may retain certain data if required by law (e.g., for tax or audit purposes) or to comply with legal obligations in India.
