Welcome to Similimum Partners. By using our Meta-integrated applications and the WhatsApp Business Platform, you agree to the following terms:

A. Acceptance of Terms

By initiating a conversation with our WhatsApp Business account or registering for our conferences, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

B. Use of Services

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to register for our professional conferences.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (Name, Designation, Phone Number) during registration.

• Prohibited Conduct: You may not use our WhatsApp interface to send spam, malicious code, or defamatory content.

C. WhatsApp Communication

• Opt-In: By registering, you provide express consent to receive business-related messages, including event confirmations and product updates, via WhatsApp.

• Messaging Costs: Standard data and messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Similimum Partners is not responsible for these costs.

• Opt-Out: You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" or using the unsubscribe feature in the chat.

D. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including logos, conference materials, and software interfaces, is the property of Similimum Partners or its licensors.

E. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Similimum Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our digital platforms or attendance at our events.

F. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of courts in Mizoram.
